How do I order a pre-order product?

Select the size of the pre-order item you would like and add to cart. You will notice the item will say Available on backorder. Enter the pre-order voucher PREORDER50 and process through to payment. You will receive an email once your order is in stock with instructions on how to make your final payment.

How much does a pre-order cost?

Pre-orders cost 50% of the total product amount. When your product comes in stock, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your final payment. Your final payment will be the remaining 50% of the total product amount.

How long does it take for pre-orders to arrive?

It may take from 4-6 weeks for pre-order stock to arrive. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic may delay shipping. As soon as your order has arrived, you will receive an email. Once your final payment is made, your purchase will be shipped within 24hrs.

Can I get a refund on pre-orders?

All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded. However, if your pre-order takes longer than 10 weeks to arrive, please contact us.

Can I order an in-stock item with a pre-order item?

Yes, you can order any items together. If your item is in stock, we will ship it within 24 hours.
